In the second half of the year 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to the family of sports. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha has played many sports, including soccer, basketball and softball. Aleesha received her professional license after winning the NPC USA Championships 2014 But she first started in 2008. The following year, she competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Her final score for 2015 was 9th. Aleesha finished 6th both of 2015 and 2016 during the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally took place at that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She had steadily improved and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS performance came in 2020. She finished fourth. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to issues with her health.
